Every supplier on InvolveMe is verified before they can be listed. We check their business registration and identity documents, confirm their banking details, and visit them in person to inspect their premises, equipment and work. Suppliers who don't meet the standard aren't listed.

When a supplier confirms your booking, we share their banking details with you and you pay them directly by EFT, using your booking reference as the payment reference.

InvolveMe does not process, hold or handle your payment. Payment is an arrangement between you and the supplier. We record the booking, but we cannot confirm, guarantee or recover a payment made directly to a supplier.

You can upload your proof of payment against the booking, and the supplier confirms once the funds reflect in their account.

Prices are shown per supplier and per service before you book. All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.

Each supplier sets their own cancellation terms, and these are shown on their listing before you book.

Because payments are currently made directly to the supplier, any refund is arranged between you and the supplier under those terms. InvolveMe does not hold your funds and cannot issue a refund on a supplier's behalf.

Where a supplier fails to deliver, we record the dispute, provide you with the full booking record, and remove suppliers who do not meet our standards.

InvolveMe is based in Pretoria and currently serves the Johannesburg, Tshwane and Ekurhuleni metros.

InvolveMe is new. We are currently onboarding our first suppliers across Johannesburg, Tshwane and Ekurhuleni, and listings are going live as each one completes verification.
