Every supplier on InvolveMe is verified before they can be listed. We check their business registration and identity documents, confirm they can take payments, and visit them in person to inspect their premises, equipment and work. Suppliers who don't meet the standard aren't listed.

Suppliers who have given us current copies of the licences their services call for, such as a Certificate of Acceptability for food or a liquor licence, carry a Licensed label. Each supplier is responsible for its own licensing. InvolveMe does not guarantee a supplier's licensing and cannot be held accountable for a supplier whose licensing is not in order; if a licence matters for your event, ask the supplier for it directly.

When a supplier confirms your booking, you pay them online from your booking, straight into the supplier's own iKhokha account. Your booking reference goes with the payment automatically.

InvolveMe does not hold or handle your payment. The money goes straight to the supplier. We record the booking and the payment once iKhokha confirms it, but we cannot guarantee or recover a payment made to a supplier.

Once iKhokha confirms your payment, the booking shows it as paid and you get a receipt by email.

Prices are shown per supplier and per service before you book. All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.

Each supplier sets their own cancellation terms, and these are shown on their listing before you book.

Because payments are currently made directly to the supplier, any refund is arranged between you and the supplier under those terms. InvolveMe does not hold your funds and cannot issue a refund on a supplier's behalf.

Where a supplier fails to deliver, we record the dispute, provide you with the full booking record, and remove suppliers who do not meet our standards.

InvolveMe is based in Pretoria and currently serves the Johannesburg, Tshwane and Ekurhuleni metros.

InvolveMe is new. We are currently onboarding our first suppliers across Johannesburg, Tshwane and Ekurhuleni, and listings are going live as each one completes verification.
